Clay Fendley
Clay Fendley was worked at Caldwell Law Office since 2017. He was a previous partner at Friday, Eldridge & Clark where he represented the Little Rock School District in the Desegregation Case and on other matters. He is married to Sarah Fendley and works remotely from Albuquerque, N.M. Clay handles most of our Federal Court practice and helps draft Due Process Complaints.

Theresa Caldwell
I have been practicing in the field of Special Education Law since my first case in 1991. I travel and practice all over the State of Arkansas. I have been a widow for the past 7 years, and since that time I have practiced exclusively in the area of special education law. I love getting to help children get the services they need so they can make meaningful progress.

Darlene Hogancamp
Darlene has been with Caldwell Law Office since 2014 and is a Superstar - who without - our Office could not function. Darlene does most of our intakes - so she is your first contact when you call us. Darlene has many talents and besides managing financial advisors at UBS and later CFO at Central Arkansas Welding, she is a previous state champion in arm wrestling and chuck wagon racing!

ON HER OWN TERMS
Audie - now and for the past 9+ years has traveled the State on her own dime while advocating for children with disabilities to get a Free Appropriate Public Education. She helps our office in reviewing files, making recommendation for services; and in giving expert testimony when needed. Audie is a former STEM Master Teacher at UCA; has a Masters in Special Education; and is an expert in Dyslexia. She loves children and her passion is kids learning to read!

Linnie Gramling
Linnie is new to Caldwell Law Office and although retired from Tyson's Corporate Office, helps out on various tasks when needed! You may meet her in person if you stop by the Office - or on a phone call when making call backs. Linnie will be helping get your case ready for Hearing and will be working on our Website to make it more informative and productive.
